Interesting. The situation was much improved for me when I reverted to version 17. As for where/when it occurs, I was doing nothing more complicated than trying to read an article.

2010. But the problem exists in 2013 as well and has been around for a while. FS doesn't seem to care since I've reported the problem repeatedly and nothing ever gets done about it.
