I have found that Jaws 2018 works better in my spread sheets than Jaws 2019 does. I experience that same problem using 2019. Glenn

I think installing NVDA is a good idea, and jaws 2018 isn't a bad backup option either. My spreadsheets work in Libra office with J 2019, but if I want to use Excel, I have to drop to J 2018. Glenn

I think that is only windows 10. Windows U will bring up all accessibility programs, and alt + N sets it for Narrator. Or you can do windows + R and type in narrator and press enter. Glenn
