Hi all, By default, if you set the keyboard layout to desktop, you should be able to use the insert key. However, in desktop layout my PC still only allows me to use the capslock key as the Jaws key.

Hi Michael, This may not help but might be worth a try – Check which view your files are opening in. I like draft view and the shortcut for that is Alt +w then e. Sometimes that works. Cheers Zel
