I was curious, so I just looked back and saw that I paid $200 for a 2 upgrade SMA at the end of 2018 for the Professional version. Now my cost is $300. Even if JAWS doesn’t come out with new features

Thanks for letting us know. I think I'm in the same boat. I seem to recall the same was said when I last renewed. That is, I think I was told a price for the SMA and that the price was only guaranteed

You said the emails are going to your bulk folder. Do you mean the Junk folder or just to your inbox? If they are going to Junk, I’m thinking your email provider is flagging them as junk as they come
