If I want to get the web address to put into another email I use cntrl d and the address that is right there is the current address. I cntrl c to copy it. I guess you could paste it anywhere you like

I have been having the same issue of multiple versions of JAWS and I don't remember using the command given either. I have been known to hit the wrong keys at times though.

Sometimes when I go into a combo box on a webpage and down arrow it takes me into the item I landed on. What is the command I need to give first so I can arrow through the options in the combo box? I

You hit enter when you are on the combo box. If you are already in forms mode then you don't need to do anything. It is insert plus Z like in zipper.

My job requires me to use Skype on a regular basis and I do nothave any problems with it. I run the Skype scripts because it makes moving quickly in Skype much easier.
