I do the same find command and search for "show original." If I am using standard then I press T for table until I hear 2 columns and 1 row. Then I arrow down until I find the beginning of the e-mail.

The problem is that if you don’t upgrade and keep purchasing the SMA for your JAWS you will pay an outrageous price to upgrade in the future. I have always purchased the SMAs and kept my JAWS current.

There are a few ways. If you press f6 it will say something about turning protected view off and you tab to yes or okay. This takes it off a document. I can’t remember how to take it off all documents

I don't use alt f then I then e. I use alt f, s then e and it works for me. Just another way. I didn't know about the one you described until very recently.

I think that depends on your computer. The windows key and up arrow twice used to work but my computer updated a few months ago and now I use alt f4.
