Hi Lauren, I’d suggest you change your default browser to Internet Explorer or Mozilla Firefox depending on which one you wish to use. To do this, hit your left windows key to bring up the search box.

Is there any reason to not upgrade to JAWS 17?
Keith, Since you can run separate versions of Jaws on your machine, there should be no problem with upgrading to 17. You can always go back to 16 whenever you wish. I like the new navigational tool on

Ed, I agree that using a touch screen alone is not advisable. As long as Bluetooth capability exists, a purchase of a Bluetooth keyboard will eliminate this issue. By the way, I believe you use Dragon
