I know it is with windows 8. My guess is that if your running Jaws 14 you shouldn't have any problems.

I'm running windows 8 and Internet explorer 10 works fine. I don't think you'll have any trouble. If you already run nine, your good I'd say. Ten feels a lot like nine.

Also, once your at the desktop all you need do is press windows x and you'll get a menu. Programs and features will be listed on that.

Just discovered one more thing. You can right click on the IE button on the taskbar then go down to the send to submenu then select desktop and you'll have a shortcut on the desktop if you want that.

Ok, I saw that too but there's no need to go through all that. Just go to the desktop and there should be a button for IE on the task bar. Just hit inter on that. Also you can just hit windows r then
