Re: Editing signature Outlook2016 JAWS2019
For me using Office 365 I go to File > Options > Mail category and then I tab to the button "Signatures..." and activate it.
toggle quoted messageShow quoted text
It puts me immediately on the OK button, if you tab forward you go to Cancel, than the email signatures tab, then the list of signatures, after that you have buttons for "New", "Delete" and "Rename", after that the drop-down fields where you select the signature you want for new messages and replys. After that you have Font, font size and so on, eventually you get to a "Picture" and "Hyperlink" button and one tab after Hyperlink you are in the edit field. Alternatively, you can simply press Shift+Tab once when you are on the OK button and that takes you into the edit field. Now, for me when I just tried it the first time I arrived in the edit field either by tabbing forward or pressing Shift+Tab, I could not review the text of my signature. However, if I pressed tab and then once I was in the edit field I pressed it once more to get to OK and then pressed Shift+Tab to go back then I cou;ld review and edit the signature. Similarly if I pressed Shift+Tab right away I could not review the text, but pressing Shift+Tab once more to the "Hyperlink" button and then pressing tab again to go forward into the edit box I could then review and change the text. I know this sounds complicated and I don't know why it doesn't work the first time you get to the edit field regardless whether it's by pressing tab a lot of Shift+Tab once I don't know, but this is how it works for me.

I have just accepted a faculty position to teach a summer course for the summer term and the university also uses office 365. I can log in using google chrome browser but the outlook through the university office 365 does not respond to keyboard commands for control n for new message and I am needing to tab everywhere to try to figure things out. Can I reset something to make keyboard commands work? Thank-you for any advice.

Right Single Click Button To activate press spacebar. alt+R Left Single Click Button To activate press spacebar. alt+L Left Double Click Button To activate press spacebar. alt+D

Hi.
At places I have worked, the service desk uses Team Viewer to get things done remotely on a person’s computer. If it’s loading every time at startup, it’s probably something a remote user set and forgot to turn off. Let’s say someone from service desk wanted to manually install a package on your machine; that often requires a restart (sometimes two) and they would want to have the Teamviewer come up when the system restarts.
