To import / export settings:
1. Open the Jaws context menu with, Insert + J.
2. Press the letter, U, to open Utilities, then press the
letter, I, to open the, submenu import / export, settings feature.
Take care. Mike. Sent from my iBarstool. Go Rams! Every man should marry. After all, happiness is not the only thing in life.

Hello, everyone.
I have noticed a recent change in One Drive, and I can’t tell whether it is a Jaws or Microsoft issue.
It used to be that when I created a link to a One Drive Microsoft Word or text document file, and sent that link in an e-mail, the document could be opened and read as a Microsoft Word document in the normal way. In other words, you didn’t have to do anything in order to make the file readable.
Now, when I do this, I get a very confusing initial screen that I can’t figure out how to navigate. I get a message that says press alt shift A for accessibility help, but when I do this, Jaws does not read what’s on the screen.
Obviously, I’m missing a step here.
Can anyone with One Drive experience assist with this issue?

Well, after getting some sighted assistance, I did discover that you can bring the document up via the shared link if you click on “edit in browser” once in the link.
The interface is a bit clunky, but it does work.

Have you tried restarting your computer and re-installing Jaws? I would give that a try. In regards to your other problem about not having enough upgrades, the best way to figure out this problem would be to get in touch with technical support. You can e-mail them at support@vispero.com Or give them a call. You can find their contact info either on the Jaws help pages, or by going to http://www.freedomscientific.com/support I hope this helps, and if you do have any other questions, feel free to reach out.

Hi, So far, I am impressed that the overall performance and older issues are being resolved. JAWS has been focused on new features and they are constantly needed and yet it is nice to see them addressing older problems. Yet I realize that other pieces of software, Microsoft and Google for example, have a lot to do with issues concerning JAWS. The benefit for new releases of JAWS that you keep current with the constantly changing software and the interaction that these programs have with JAWS.
