The X86 one is the main one, it also holds Open

Or, perhaps for installations of Jaws since their

Just one more thing here. The x86 folder is designated for 32-bit applications. The one that’s just labeled “program files” is for 64-bita pplications. On a 64-bit system, you will have both. On my system, I have a freedom scientific subfolder in both folders, however the “x86” one is much smaller. Looks like it may be the reverse, in your case, then. That leads me to wonder if you did actually install a 64-bit version of jaws on that machine? Anyway, if you check the “x86” folder, you should indeed see a lot ore JAWS-related files, if they’re not in the other one.

Re: Seeking recommendations for password managers
Norma,
Sorry about being a bit late to the party.
I really like Keepass for managing my passwords in Windows. I find it is accessible with Fusion 2019 and JAWS. It is also free and you can read about it at the following link:
https://keepass.info/download.html
It's latest version is KeePass 2.43 which can be downloaded with the following link:
https://sourceforge.net/projects/keepass/files/KeePass%202.x/2.43/KeePass-2.43-Setup.exe/download
If you use an iPhone or other iOS device, Mini Keepass is the app which works with the Keepass .kdbx database file. You have to transfer the database file to your iOS device either using a Dropbox account or iTunes since Keepass doesn't have a cloud service like 1Password. But it is free.
Here is a How-To Geek article on password managers you might want to read:
The article might be a bit dated and it is not written from an accessibility viewpoint but it does have some good information. Good luck with the selection process.

Indeed. I wonder how much longer Vispero’s going to let us regular SMA users stay grandfathered in. This year’s my last SMA. I fully intend on doing the re-up for the next two jFW cycles for the usual $120. I have to imagine they’ll eventually phase it out.

In other words, you can only use Jaws as long as you maintain your subscription as is the case with any subscription whether it’s for a music service, a movie service, Office 365 etc. The nice thing about the Jaws subscription is that you get access to Jaws for a very affordable annual fee (not sure if you can also pay monthly) and that you are always entitled to use whatever the latest version of Jaws is. The subscription is basically purchase price and SMA all rolled into one annual subscription fee and as we all know this is a model many organisations adopt now, Office 365 is another good example.

I don’t know if there’s a reason why you’re still on such an old version of the product, but I’m currently running the most up to date 1Password Version 7.3.712 on my PCs.
