But all that does is that you can press F9 to do a send/receive, I don't think it fixes John's issue about Outlook not grabbing mail upon opening.
You might want to give Microsoft Accessibility a call.

Office 365 is a subscription service, you can pay monthly or for the entire year which is cheaper. Among some other benefits like 1 Tb of OneDrive storage and getting 60 Skype minutes each month the Office 365 subscription also includes a license to download the full Office suite and install it on  up to 5 computers. This of course includes Outlook as well as Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc. But you only get to use the full set of Office apps and features as long as you pay your subscription.

You probably didn’t get a response back before because your question is pretty hard to understand.

Even now the only question I can glean from this is:

“Is there outlook or office 365 email ?”

Yes. Outlook is the e-mail client in Microsoft office.

 

If you want your friend to be helped by the list, I think you’ll need to be a bit more specific, or maybe even get her on here to ask the question herself.

Does she have outlook? I guess that’d be a good place to start. Is she trying to set up e-mail with an iSP? Gmail? Something else?

Hi all,

 

I have never been able to use control y from drafts to navigate to another folder/box except using control shift i. Control y has always worked to bring up the move command from any other folder, just not drafts.

Hi all! I currently have JAWS 2018 installed on my computer alongside JAWS 2019. I have tried JAWS 2019 3 or 4 times. So far, I'm not impressed! Each time I tried JAWS 2019, I have run into bugs. The last time that I tried it, the update was a bad corrupted version. It wouldn't work with my Dell laptop PC computer at all. My tech teacher also got the same exact result. Because JAWS 2019 is one of the worst worst versions of softwhere that I have run into, into, I want to know the latest news from the user’s point of view. I don’t need someone sending me Freedom Scientific resources because they have overlooked some major bugs. I want feedback from users experiences before I give that vertion of JAWS another try. I have stuck with NVDA and JAWS 2018 instead.

Frankly, I haven't had a problem with it.  If your computer won't load it, probably time to take a good hard look at things like the hard disk to make sure it isn't having a problem.  Go into the drive's properties in "this pc" and look in the tools section, have the computer check the drive for errors, even if windows doesn't think you need to do so.  I don't know how many times I've had strange behavior on laptops only to find out it was being strange for a reason.

Can you include some issues you are having? It will be difficult to objectively compare your experience with others when they're is a lack of specifics to look for.

My windows version, according to good old Winver, is:
Version 1803 (OS Build 17134.829).

But after doing a bit of checking, nothing will read the panel anymore, not JFW, NVDA or Narrator. So I guess it's not an exclusive JFW problem.

Hi. I am not sure when this started, maybe a week or so ago, but
outlook 2016 -- office 365 version -- is no longer updating
automatically when I open it. It does work if I use the ribbon to go
to the send-receive tab and push the button that says send-receive all
folders, but only then. Anyone know what is happening or is anyone
seeing this?
