I mainly use Office 2010 but have access to another machine with 2016.
Some mail still has to be sent on paper. Agreed it is much less than in days past.

I use Microsoft Office to print envelopes. It pulls the mailing address from an open letter and has a stored return address that can be printed or not as you wish. There is also an address book option.
My printer tends to wrinkle the end of the envelope where the return address is printed. If anyone knows how to rotate the printing so that the return address end of the envelope is printed first the wrinkle would be on the postage end where there is no printing.

Re: Addressing envelopes
For anyone who may want it, I created a MS-Word document template several years ago for a #10 standard business sized envelope that is screen-reader accessible and has two fields, one for the return address and the other for the address. Both should be announced when landed in by the screen reader and can be repeated if you hit the help key. There is nothing in this other than the envelope, so you don't have to deal with an "orphan page" for a letter.
The return address is always positioned pretty much perfectly. The main address will always be near the center of the envelope but depending on how many lines you have may or may not be perfectly positioned vertically. #10 Business Envelope MS-Word Document Template -- Brian - Windows 10 Pro, 64-Bit, Version 1903, Build 18362 Many of the insights of the saint stem from his experience as a sinner. ~ Eric Hoffer

Tony,
If I'm understanding your question, I don't have any great workarounds for identifying which labels are left on a sheet of Avery 5160 which contain 10 rows of 3 labels per row as I mentioned in my first post. I can sort of feel by touch which labels have been used so I can properly identify the row and column of the next unused label when printing individual labels. Also, when I've moved down a sheet so that the only ones left are the bottom two rows, I can flip the sheet over so that those two remaining rows are at the top so it's like I'm starting with row 1 again.
I hope this helps but post back if I misunderstood your question.

I have had some problems putting individual labels into the correct spot on a partially used label sheet. Do you have any suggestions for that?
Tony
From: main@jfw.groups.io [mailto:main@jfw.groups.io] On Behalf Of Alan Lemly
I learned a long time ago after repeated envelope jams in the office laser printer to print on labels instead of envelopes. I prefer the Avery 5160 labels which come 3 to a row with 10 rows for a total of 30 labels on a sheet the same size as an 8 and a half by 11 inch sheet of paper and that can be loaded in a laser printer paper tray. Microsoft Word allows for label printing and you can select the label type and style and either print a full page of the same label or specifically identify what row and column label you are printing and print them individually. The sheet never jams in my black and white laser printer and I remove the printed label from the sheet and stick it on my envelope of choice for mailing. I keep a full sheet of return address labels which I use as needed.
I recommend that those having trouble printing addresses on envelopes give this method a go. It works great with Word 2010.

Hi, After trying the suggestions given, with sighted assistance, I used Word mail menu and got my envelope addressed; however, it was quite frustrating without sighted help. So, I went on line and downloaded and tested about 8 of them. I did not find any totally free ones, just trials. But the one that works the best was Envelope Maker at a cost of 30bucks for a license. I am using the trial right now and will consider in the future if it is a worthwhile purchase. Thanks for all your suggestions.

In Windows 7, when you press WINDOWS KE+U, you open

Re: Virtual Cursor no longer appears to work on Firefox
JM Casey
I have noticed firefox crash a few times since the last update. This usually (unfortunately) happens when I am typing in an edit field. The virtual cursor turns off and in fact I can’t even close the window normally. Hopefully this will be fixed soon. Not sure if this is the problem you are having, but you didn’t say whether you restarted firefox or not. If you’re consistently not getting virtual cursor every time you restart the browser – then something is up with JAWS.

How can I get my data from keep into OneNote?
