view Graph in Word after pasted from Excel
Hi Jaws users, I have a question here for you'all. This year I'm taking Biology as my science course in High school. In Biology, I can't finish a lab work with out graphing the data. I know how to insert a graph in Excel ok but How can I view a graph once I pasted from Excel to Word? This question has been bugging me for a long time. If any of the users know, can you share them with me?? Thanks so much. Best regards Michael Munn ![JAWS Certified, 2019]()

Yes, and all the default keystrokes have been posted.
You can either go forward a link with, Tab, back a link with, shift + Tab, or
use the, U, and, V, keys.

though I may not need it, I assigned Paragraph to I.
Once you assign Any Link to some letter or number, you can use it like

It all depends on why you can't edit it. If it is
protected, you have to turn that off. Another thing
I've found that made things get really weird is if
you accidentally have scroll lock turned on, in
which case it might seem like you can't edit because
moving the cursor around doesn't seem to do
anything.
Do you get any messages about protection when you
open the spreadsheet, have you pressed f6 to see
what might be going on in the other areas? Btw,
what version of office are we talking about here?

Hi Norma,
You can also press the letter, V, for visited links or press
the letter, U, for unvisited links.

You can do this by making changes in the Navigation Quick Key
Manager. Unfortunately, there is not as much flexibility there as I would
like. You can only use letters and numbers, and there isn’t a lot of
wiggle room because most are already used.
I’ll explain my personal setup. Obviously, this works
for me, may not work for you.
I seldom use the P key to navigate by paragraphs. I use
even less the I key to navigate from list item to list item.
So I have assigned Place Marker to P, thereby freeing up the
unassigned Any Link key to be assigned to K. though I may not need it, I
assigned Paragraph to I.
Once you assign Any Link to some letter or number, you can
use it like any other quick key, and it is very nice to have.

Hi group,
Using Jaws 2019. I want to use a single key to go through web
site links, whether visited or not. I faintly recall this mentioned on here at
some point. If I could use the U and V plus another key to hit unvisited,
visited and all links, respectively, I would love it. I’m sure there is a way to
do this, I’m just not familiar with everything Jaws has under the hood. Thanks
for your help!

I have had no problem editing a spreadsheet with any version of
