Can anyone provide a list of the video navigation commands I can use to operate a Netflix video?  I managed to figure out somehow to pause and play. But I find no links or buttons of any kind.  Any hints are much appreciated!

Hi Steve,

Sorry, i'm French, then I don't know exact function names in English. But i'll try to guide to the right path:

To get the number of "yes" from column B the formula is something like that

=nb.if(b2:b10;"yes") where b2:b10 is the range of rows you want to sum and "yes" is what you want to sum.

Then, to get the total number of tasks that are in column A this is:

=sub.total(3;a:a)-1 : here i'm not sure about the name but you may find it from the Math category.

Then fi you want a percentage this is first divided by second as follows:

=nb.if(b2:b10;"yes") / (sub.total(3;a:a)-1)

Hope that helps anyway

Suddenly Jaws stopped working correctly in MS Word and now in Outlook as well.

It will not speak when moving by line, word, or character.  Insert down arrow does seem to read the document, but obviously I am not able to edit a document with it not speaking by line, word, or character.  I am running the latest version of Jaws and windows 10 pro.  I have had this happen occasionally in the past, but a restart of Jaws or the computer has always solved the issue until tonight.

Does anyone have any thoughts?

It gets reinstalled during a jaws repair so it's not too bad to get it back. I always get rid of mine on windows 10 and have yet to face an issue.

On Jun 25, 2019, at 12:07 AM, Sieghard Weitzel <@Sieghard> wrote:

Please don't tell people to uninstall the video accessibility driver, that is very bad advice at this point especially if the accessibility display driver is checked in Settings. If that is the case and you uninstall the video display driver each time your system boots or Jaws restarts it will give you a message that the display driver is missing and while the system may mostly work fine, there are situations where it will not work correctly. I use software, for example, which works only if the accessibility display driver is enabled and in other situations it works better if it is disabled and I use the new so-called GDI or deep level hooking.
In any case, for most people who are just Jaws users and not terribly technically inclined this could have really bad consequences and they would then need tech support to help them fix the problem.

Hi. At least with version 1809, jfw will not read anything in the
command window if run as administrator. If I virtualize the
window, I see the text, but other wise nothing -- jaws cursor
reads nothing as well. Tech support says its not supported, but
that makes no sense to me and Narrator reads it fine.
