It doesn't allow you to paste in a JPG file with a picture of your signature? I have such a file I use for these occasions. However, it would be insufficient on some documents.

Question 1: With JAWS 18, are you on the last upgrade for your current SMA? Which is why you are using the temporary license for JAWS 2020, so you can try its new and upgraded features? Question 2: did you use the JAWS function, which copies the settings you set in JAWS 18 to JAWS 2020? Dave Durber

Hi Michael,

You can only use the time shift tool using a mouse, not the keyboard. However, a keyboard user can time shift tracks using the commands on the align tracks sub menu, which is on the Tracks menu. For example, if you want to time shift the audio in a track so that it starts at a certain time: 1. Move the cursor to the time at which you want the audio to start. 2. Select the track which contains the audio which you want to time shift, and ensure that other tracks are not selected. 3. Open the tracks menu, open the align tracks sub menu, and choose Start to Cursor/Selection start. David.

Docusign works very well for me. You can download the document, read it and then sign each page that needs signing, but signatures are done via the internet. So, you can read your docs in Adobe Acrobat and then sign through your internet browser. I use Docusign with Brave and Google Chrome and both work well with it.

I recently purchased a new commercial building for my retail store and my realter send me a lot of documents via DocuSign. There is a “Screenreader” mode, once you click it all should work pretty well as far as initializing or signing, actually reading the document is a bit of a different story, but then again I never tried very hard because usually I just had to initial some small change and I knew what it was so didn’t really have to read everything in detail.

Try looking for a program called waltr2. This is supposed to be an alternative to iTunes that lets you control where files go on your iPhone including ring tones. I did download it, but found it not to be JAWS friendly, but maybe you will have better luck.

Vispero is not closed due to COVID-19. Everyone is working as usual. If you need technical, customer, or sales support call vispero as usual. Vispero has not ever closed due to the virus. They are continuing to support their customers as usual.

Even if JAWS starts before Windows starts, eventually you should get to the desktop, as JAWS is made to start before many programs, and after they load, JAWS still provides voicing, screen content and navigation. If you wish, since Vispero is temporarily closed due to COVID-19, you may give me a call at, 714-835-6295, and I will stay on the phone with you to see what is happening. I hope I may be able to help you. Hi, Yes, latest version of windows 10 home edition with all necessary and optional updates installed. Checked yesterday, and there is no further updates needed. Downloaded the latest version of jaws from freedom scientific and used it. All apps in startup are turned off, apart from the necessary ones such as the audio drivers etc that are actually necessary. There is an application file for jaws set to "on". I set this to "off" just in case, but no difference.
