prior to it I was actually downloading jaws 11 when my xp desktop died, but it was just as windows 7 was being released, I do recall some software was a rush job to be launched in time for windows 7, I won't name them but one item I use had missing dll files on the Uk version I do hope this time it will be different or I shall become a cynic!Dorothy

The program Dean is talking about is jarte, not carte. II use it and it is great, works well with latest jaws. I have the free version and for me no need to get the paid version. David
