Gerardo, Firstly you need to asign the msn chat to a keystrocke. Do the followin: 1. Press alt tab to reach the conversation windows that you want assign. 2. Press control plus windows key plus a number (1 to 5) to assign the conversation key. To jump between the chats window: Use insert plus space bar. After the sound press 1 to 5. If you need to jump to the urgent conversation, press 0. Take care, Juan.

Flash can be made some what accessable but there are a lot of issues with it. One is that flash is often layered and jaws can only access the first layer and only if it is made accessable. So flash is still a poor choice for adaptive technologies. Regards Tom Bisset

Hi Guys
I'm running JAWS 11 on a netbook using Windows 7. I have found the JAWS reads out everything excpet when you go into documentsit will read out my music for example but will not tell you what music is in the folder. It will read out the title my documents but what tell you what documents are in the folder. woud this be a windows 7 issue or JAWS issue and how would i sove it? Regards Katherine
