For each record found will be listed the information asked for and perhaps the spouse and parents.

If you toggle for more information on that individual, you will need to create a Familysearch account or sign in (no charge).

Researching distant family relations is a way to fill in my stay at home time.

Hi,
  I posted earlier that Webroot and JAWS , latest version, work good together.  My apologies but I cannot tell if latest JAWS version and webroot are good together.  Prior versions of JAWS and webroot worked well but am not certain of latest JAWS.  That's because I forgot that I have switched to Windows defender.  Not because of any problems with web root.  My wife uses web root and it is a good product .  The web root interface , in prior versions, was cumbersome with JAWS but the two never conflicted.

I use OBS for recording play throughs of my game engine. If you don’t want to use any of the fancy features it’s really straight forward to use. simply install the program, there’s no special set up required, just install and when you want to start recording it will automatically record both your pc and your mic. once it’s open press tab (it’s about 7 times for me) until you reach a check box called start recording (its just under start streaming, don’t use that one as it is more complex). Once you hit start recording, when you are finished, the start recording check box will have changed to stop recording, simply press space to stop recording and that’s it and it’s all done. Head to your videos folder through file explorer (where documents, downloads etc all are, in your videos folder you’ll find a folder called captures, in here will be the recording you just made. Hope that helps

I have never had to pay for using that site.

The site has two edit boxes,

First Name, Last Name then press ENTER.

You get a list of profiles arranged by birth date. Each profile is a link and the profile may have links to:

parents, spouse, children etc.

To create and edit profiles you need to register (no charge).

There is no free trial period.

Why don't you use the web site WikiTree.com?
It has over 23 million profiles and it is edited by over 700 thousand genealogists from around the world.

I've been using it for about 5 years a and much of what I need is accessible with Jaws and NVDA.

You don't need additional software. It's free to register, it works with Jaws.

Whatever you create on WikiTree.com will be there for the world to browse and for a lot longer than your PC based software.

Create your family profiles and maybe link them to existing distant relatives.

https://www.wikitree.com/ has genealogy help and there are other online sources to help you with your research.
