Hello; you could try,
Shift+f6 this will get you to the folder view,
Or, you could press ctrl+shift+tab,
Not the best solution, but they do work.

Hi there!  Most of the VPN’s that I’ve used are accessible, if you know how they work.  Some have different menus.  I’ve used Pulse from Junos, along with Cisco any connect, and Del Sonic Wall net extender.  All work reasonably well.  All of these VPN’s have been for work purposes, so I don’t really know how much they cost, if anything.

Outlook 2013

Marilyn Bland <tinkerbelltx@...>

Hello everyone,

I am using Outlook 2013. I used to be able to access all the messages in the inbox, but then the other day when I logged in only messages for the past six months could be read.

The messages are there and a sighted person can click on something to make them visible, but I myself cannot do this. Also, when I shut down and boot up again, then again only the messages for six months are visible.

What can I do to read these messages when there is no sighted person around?

Thanks.

printing out shipping labels

Hi, all:

Recently, I was attempting to print out a shipping label on the FedEx website, but the only thing that emerged was the doc about instructions for using the label, not the label itself. I’ve also experienced this issue when I’ve tried to print out a coupon from a website. What causes that, and are there simple solutions? thanks!

Jason:

Shift F6 also works here, although I'm not quite understanding why.

At least this gives me another work-around in addition to the usual
shift-tab from the normal message list view.

If you are interested, I'd encourage you to contact Freedom Scientific Tech
Support about the issue, since a number of people apparently are
experiencing the problem, and there might be other things not working now in
Outlook 2016 that are not yet apparent.

I'm told that the problem has something to do with a corrupted navigation
pane that likely resulted from the latest update.

Thank you!

I noticed the same issue today. The machine is running Microsoft Outlook
from Office 16.0.7070.2033, which is a July 2016 update.

However, pressing Shift+F6 from the message list takes me straight to the
folder tree view, so this really isn't a problem here. Pressing F6 cycles
between the main elements of the application, as usual.

Hello, everyone.

I just got off the phone with Jaws technical support, and, apparently,
I'm not the only one experiencing the problem with the folder display
in Outlook
2016 that I described yesterday. Others with Outlook 2016 and Office
365 are now experiencing it as well.

The problem has something to do with a recent update to Office 365,
which has somehow corrupted the navigation pane.

The issue has been referred to higher levels at Freedom Scientific,
and they will contact Microsoft about the issue.

I'm also going to contact the Microsoft Accessibility hotline to let
them know of the issue.

In the meantime, I'll have to use Control Y, rather than shift tab, to
access my Outlook folder list, so at least, I'm not totally dead in
the water.

I'll keep everyone updated.
