windwos store suddenly crashing?
Hi, I have a MacBook pro with windows 10, and jaws 2018, through zoomtext fusion. I’m having a serious issue though. My windows store app keeps crashing. What can I do? Thanks, Jessica Sent from Mail for Windows 10

Re: Any Way To Expand The Size Of The JAWS Dictionary?
The best I've come up with is splitting entries between the default dictionary and application-specific dictionaries, you can double the number of entries that way. Other than that it's a hard cap.
I can understand why it was a hard cap when jaws was created but computers have so much more memory now it seems silly. And regardless the dictionary manager is very poorly written (as the dictionary grows the manager grows very sluggish).

I appear to be running out of room to make new entries in my JAWS Dictionary Manager. Right now my dictionary file contains 49.612 kilobytes--seemingly not much by today's standards.
Thank you.

The issue is with Firefox Quantum and JAWS only .. not chrome, not add-ons.

Re: JAWS 2019 Beta 2 And Microsoft Outlook 2016
Yup. Reported this to VFO with both betas already. Having over 400 contact entries makes this particular issue especially annoying and disruptive. On the other hand, it seems they finally fixed the focus issue when navigating your various contacts in Outlook. Now, when you’re on a name, you’re actually on that name instead of one or two to the left or right.

Re: JAWS 2019 Beta 2 And Microsoft Outlook 2016
I am also having the Outlook auto fill issue. Jaws 2018 is working just fine with the auto fill so it is my belief that this is a problem on Freedom Scientific's end. I have filled out the public beta form so I'm sure they're aware of this issue.

Re: Forgot a basic..I think
Jaws+UpArrow also reads the current line. However, I'm guessing Morey is wanting to know the line number rather than read the text on the current line.

Hope this helps by the way, if you want to know anything about keystrokes, press JAWS ke plus one. This will get you in to help. Then, you can press in a keystroke combination you would like. Jars will usually say what that combination does. Press the combination twice quickly to get more information. On Oct 9, 2018, at 9:43 AM, Morey Worthington <worthington@wi.rr.com> wrote:
Hi all.
Using w1803 and Jaws 2019.
If I sitting on a web page, or even in a open document, is there still a keystroke to tell me on which line I am sitting?
I know using the alt/delete key will tell me by Pixels. Using this method, I go up into the top left corner of document and it says, (1 1). If I then go down a line it says, meaning the alt/delete key, says (1 2)
Would I then presume that the numbers would mean the larger number when going down would be the line number??
What ya think?
Thanks,
Morey Worthington
