I don’t think JAWS oCR will work on word files like that.
You might have to take each of those images you copied and do the oCR process on them individually, as has been

CSS HTML Validator
Is anyone else using CSS HTML Validator?
I used it with Window-Eyes very successfully, but I cannot even get Jaws to read anything at all without someone sighted touching the mousepad.

You might try Eclipse. I haven't used it for C++, but have used it for Java
and php.
It doesn't work perfectly with JAWS, but it is usable.

The only difference I've noticed is there is no check for Itunes update in the Microsoft store version. I suppose it is updated through Windows update.

I got my iTunes for Windows from the Apple site and it works with JAWS, but it is awkword. Would the iTunes from Microsoft be any different? I wouldn’t think so.
