I think Don is asking how to turn on descriptions when using a PC, if you use an iOS device you probably get the best experience if you download the CBC Gem app.

If a table reads as you describe it is simply not properly designed/marked up. I have many websites where arrowing reads one cell of a table at a time, but if whoever designed the website treats one
