I use the mobile Facebook site. I think you’ll have better luck at m.facebook.com. It’s a clean interface without the clutter.

JAWS used to do this if the page wasn’t maximized. Also, if another window was opened, covering the page you are reading.

Why do you want to copy the password?
Passwords are designed, normally, so that you can't see them as you type them. I believe that normally you can't just select the text of a password and paste it
