I've noticed, on the "new Edge" with JAWS ;";, that The favorites don't show upz you tab to where JAWS states the favorites menu. I now have to press CTRL shand o to get into the favorites.

In Zoom, I unchecked “adjust your microphone volume automatically” box, and did a test Zoom meeting with my wife.
All sounded good, so I’m hoping the problem is now solved.

Assuming Outlook 2019 has the same layout as 2016, try using Control Tab to cycle through the inbox, the quick navigation and the folder pane. I think F6 and Shift F6 also works. In either case, be

If you are running any anti-virus software on your computer, I have found that you need to turn the anti-virus off for the executable installation to happen over a USB connection.

Well, I’m getting a bit confused myself. It seems that I do get different results with CTRL1 or 2. As I look at my version of Slack, Slack Version 4.11.2, I feel like Slack works differently.

Slack and application mode
I was using JAWS 2020 with Slack.
Slack was putting JAWS into application mode regularly, and I'd press the + key to get back into virtual PC mode. This allowed me to navigate by regions fairly

I would first save the jaws settings in jaws utilities.
Then go to the freedom scientific folder and only delete the folder of the
version that is to be reinstalled.

If you delete that folder, you will delete all settings for all Jaws versions you have installed.
Under %appdata%\freedom scientific and open the Jaws folder, you will find subfolders for each version
