Re: Major problem
Percussive maintenance often works: Place one hand on each shift key and bang them alternately about ten times. If you haven't rebooted yet and percussion doesn't work, reboot.
good luck!

Re: Strange Outlook Issue
It is an IMAP account.
And, as I think I noted yesterday, the problem seems to have lessened in occurrence recently.
I’m hoping it was only temporary.

Re: Strange Outlook Issue
Is it a Microsoft Exchange account (including Office 365), or an IMAP account? If the latter, perhaps the server has been upgraded and may not be tracking the reply status properly.

Re: Strange Outlook Issue
Yes, the issue is real, that’s the problem with most software including AT there are so many variables that problems can exist for some and not others.

Hi,
Google up Access Solutions and call them. Mike will be able to tell you if the current drivers will work.
Best,

Re: Jaws not talking when tabing through the network section
Apart from the shortcuts, Alt + L, Alt + R and Alt + D you can just use Jaws Key + F111 and arrow to your Wi-Fi, then tab. Sorry if I didn’t specify this, I assumed you knew about this and that

Re: Jaws not talking when tabing through the network section
There are two commands for each of the options, in case one wants to use a key command, rather than just using the space bar.

Ok but why is there 2 key commands to left click? I'm using a lenovo laptop so I don't have a physical mouse.
