This is true. You can connect from Home to Pro just fine, though. RDP server isn’t available on 10 Home. This is why I was curious if JAWS would work with something like Teamviewer. I haven’t

It sounds like you installed JAWS when offline.
Try running the installer again and repairing it. It won’t install the OCR components when offline correctly.
