How can you lose your sound drivers, just by changing the default sound card? I don’t understand that one.
I have never had that happen in Windows 10 and change sound cards a lot.

The left and right alt keys may, or may not, be the same depending on your keyboard.
On every keyboard I've ever seen on a computer produced for the United States market, ALT is ALT on both sides.

Let me know how this works as by doing so you are telling the system to not use the hardware GPU processors in your video card thus transferring the processing load to your CPU... Seems counter

2. Arrow down to Mail.
3. Press ENTER on the Editor Options button.
4. Once you press Editor options, there are three categories: Display, Proofing and Advanced.

despite playing around with the settings for a fir bit of time.
