JAWS used to do this if the page wasn’t maximized. Also, if another window was opened, covering the page you are reading.

1. Have you made sure the screen is maximized?
2. Is some other window open, like an update process or something?
3. If this is on the same computer, how long have you tried to have two versions of

Registry cleaners are virtually useless at best and can cause a lot of system instability at worst. Microsoft does not

Why do you want to copy the password?
Passwords are designed, normally, so that you can't see them as you type them. I believe that normally you can't just select the text of a password and paste it
