Yeah, I agree with you, Steve, but last I checked there are some work/business/etc type environments where they only allow the use of the IE browser to this day, so while that may be gradually

True, but as others said, Jaws Key + Windows + F4 will kill Jaws and reload it although apparently some people say this doesn’t work for them, it does work for me.

I assume because you then need a second keystroke to restart it. I believe the object is to stop and restart JAWS with one action.

Try running JAWS with the command line option “/?”, without the quotes. It should give all the JAWS command line options then.

i didn't uninstall anything. apps and features? is this part of jaws or windows settings?
i don't want to do a repair. it has never fixed anything i end up reinstalling to get it fixed.

yes, the option is not there with win 10, but it is with windows 7. i also loaded several other scripts and did the search with the same results. only one option is in the search results.
