Bring up the utilities menu for jaws and there should be a customize outlook list view option in there when you are running Outlook. Try playing with that or else turning off the custom list

The only one I ever rarely use is the one provided by my ISP, and I only use that if I'm having a problem with my eMail client.

I’ve just found out that it is due to the fact that I did not choose a security preference. Once I chose the preference, that solved the problem.

Interestingly, in my case, I shut down my computer late last night, and re-booted this morning, and now, all seems normal again.
