I’ve just found out that it is due to the fact that I did not choose a security preference. Once I chose the preference, that solved the problem.

Interestingly, in my case, I shut down my computer late last night, and re-booted this morning, and now, all seems normal again.

It is neither a jaws nor a web browser problem. I use jaws 2019 and chrome withouth that problem.

It may be that it is remembering your password, and when you type in your password, you are entering two instances in the same field.
