My experiences were similar. The sighted trainer quit or got fired by the agency that hired her without finishing the job, promised she would not leave before finishing and of course left me hanging.

The e-mail address issue was one cause by a JAWS group setting. It has been corrected so that even I now see the full address in the original message (and Mario's which has no embedded space).

Sarah,
And all of your last message, that started, "There are dozens . . .," is showing up normally, black text on white background in the web interface. Just wanted you to know, as I can't

Brian and others,
Hmm, I saw it when my message came through. I'm going to post it again with a space after the @. Apologies for that making it unclickable. Roger Cusson's email: seeing_hands@

There are more access trainers out there than there are flies on a summer's day. just be careful to check out their creds.

Rayn,
If you were attempting to give an e-mail address for Roger Cusson it did not paste correctly. All that's available is "seeing_hands@" followed by three dots (literally), or at least

Re: Deleting a footnote with word 2016, Jaws 2018 and Windows 10
Just so we're clear, do you mean a footnote or a page footer? I suspect the latter.
It will also matter if you just want to remove a footer, if that's what you're actually removing, from the first
