Set a follow-up for the message. Set the follow-up to “no date.”
It will stay at the top of the message list until you remove the follow-up.

Pinning a Message
Dear Listers:
Using Microsoft Outlook, is there a way, using JAWS, that you can pin a message to the top of your inbox? If so, how?

To me, signature is still not accessible with JAWS 2020 beta.
Is it because I’m using 40 minutes mode?

Which braille display does she have?
What software is she using?

Always look out for #1, and be careful not to step in #2.

Hi!
The Windows 10 Mail app works a lot better with JAWS 2020!
First of all, the Mail app no longer crashes while using JAWS 2020!
That is huge!

Re: JAWS and Outlook on Windows 10
I'm having the same issue with Outlook of the crashing of both Jaws AND Outlook itself. This has effected my use of outlook so much that I've had to switch to thunderbird. A fix for this

Re: Number of lines of print per page in a MS Word Document
Wow. I'm too young to recall that paper size naming convention, but old enough that my first printer in college was a tractor fed dot matrix, which was nice if you wanted to make a long banner.

from a quick Google search:
The quarto paper size is 9 × 11 inches or 229 × 279 mm.
Foolscap is paper cut to the size of 8 1/2 x 13 1/2 inches (216 x 343
m), sometimes 13 x 8 in (330 x 200 mm).

As an aside, I contacted MS tech support and, although they fixed a problem not related to jaws,

It is a very long time, Robin, since I have seen fullscap paper. It was longer than quarto but I think the same width.

There is a setting for that, I have never changed that, but it is a separate tab in settings.

Allison,
Is fullscap paper essentially legal sized paper? I have not heard these terms before. I’ll still see people here at work using legal sized paper (8 ½ by 14) to print wide spreadsheets,
