Found the OCR with JAWS option in the context menu, but nothing for Picture Smart.

Was trying to figure out how I could open the picture then have it described.
Once opened, I saved the picture to the clipboard with a control + C, then used the JAWS key + space

There is also a “Picture Smart with Jaws” option on the context menu just before “Convenient OCR”, but if you are on an image file in File Explorer, bring up the context menu with Shift + F10

You can save it as TXT and do control + F in notepad.
Also, did you try insert + control + F?
That might work in a PDF.
