If you are using a normal or guest account you have to log into your main user account that has administrative rights. This has nothing to do with jaws it is windows restricting access to your PC.

Hello Mr. Don. Go into your JAWS utilities  menu and arrow to migrate settings under the import/export submenu than press enter. Then just follow the prompts. Good luck.

Yes I have and with NVDA 2019.2.1. The status bar in Thunderbird is checked under the view menu.
