Firefox is more privacy oriented, this is why I use it. Its slower
than Chrome, but somewhat less intrusive.

The easiest way to unhide rows and columns is in the format menu.
If you don’t know which rows and columns are hidden:
Select the data range (CTRL-SHIFT-NUMBER ROW 8)

If Rumola still works with Chrome then you can use it with Edge as well since you can install extensions from the Chrome extension store in Edge.
Both Chrome and Edge use chromium as their engine,

You can turn this off and, for myself, I never liked Firefox all that much even during it's best days and they seem to be long since over. In fact, I think just as most sighted people, most visually

I disabled the UI autimations in the flags settings of Edge. It seems
to be working a little better. I would also highly recommend that you
turn off autofilling of your user names and passwords. Maybe
