You will most likely need help with that Logitech Options update.
You can simply open Logitech Options and the update notice should be there, I also had a firmware update for my keyboard and unifying

Shift-enter opens the link in a new window -- at least in Chrome.

Almost all keystrokes work across all browsers. Ctrl+Enter opens a link in a new tab, while ctrl+shift+enter opens the link in the foreground, with the original page now in a different tab.

In Internet Explorer, if one presses control plus enter on a link, it opens a new window. That's so easy. How about in Edge?

Thanks, all, for your suggestions regarding my issue with reading multi-page documents in Adobe Acrobat DC.
With some further experimentation, I got the control page down command to advance pages
