I am willing to get the miss spell indications from the jaws like how
in word will get the miss spell alerts either through the speech or
sound.

Yes, I use OneDrive for work and do experience the lag when folders are being synchronized. I think, though, that I am having the lag in Outlook even when no synchronization is occurring.

I would echo the NVDA choice. You can find a great deal of documentation on the screen reader. Look at NV Access https://www.nvaccess.org/ and Narrator is also a good choice as well with good
