As for Java programming, Eclipse and Android studio seems to be the best so far.

Re: Is the following a bug with 2020?
Not sure if it's related, but I recently noticed that I'm having a weird bug with the Outlook ribbon on my home computer. I wasn't sure if it started after a recent upgrade to Office 2016 or to JAWS.

I'm just not having any luck. If I put focus on a tweet that I know has replies and hit alt-windows-right arrow, nothing seems to happen.

I've never tabbed in the start menu.
When it says menu closed or submenu, you right arrow to open it up.
