Re: windows 10 1909?
I don't think Jaws is going to have anything to do with your problem. If HP doesn't have an updated driver, you're probably just out of luck.

David,
I get your frustration, but I also think JAWS developers need to focus on the core products used by a majority of users. I could argue that Microsoft Project and Visio are mainline products

I think this would only be possible if either you could alt-tab to the other clock, or if it could be assigned a hot key.

I would suggest you follow the link in my previous email and make enquiries there. They will definitely not be free though. This is why I think VFO should be building scripts like this into Office

Re: How to navigate between two clocks with JAWS
Yes I did try to go to the clock after pressing Windows B and then navigating to the system clock however it only provides feedback for one clock and not the other one.
Thanks

Looking at my own link it appears that this link confusingly relates to the Windows 10 One Notes rather than the Office 16 version of the same program.
The point about needing scripts still holds

Hi,
When using onenote, jaws won't read the sidebar.
I'm not even sure how to get to the sidebar.
Has Freedom scientific given a training on this topic?
If not, they definately should.

I think you would need to be a bit more specific. What exactly does not work with your Office 365 installation?

I went and looked at the app again following my comment. I have not yet done a lot of testing but it appears that they did fix the sluggish navigation issues. It was fairly usable for me this time
