You can boot to the Talking Win PE and it has a utility for finding the passwords.
Another option is to look on-line for the F-key you need to use on boot up to recover the computer.

I don’t think you can get rid of these easily without the passwords.
Couldn’t you ask your neighbour what the passwords are or, if they are still being used, maybe he or she could stop by, log in

When you use the Windows 10 command the inbuilt apps are listed as well.
I think it is important that people know that some aspects of Windows 10, for example Mail and People are accessible as well,

I did create a list of installed programs using the JAWS history and the Control Panel/programs. I noticed on your list that you included Narrator and other Windows features. Any reason for that?

My apologies – I forgot that this was a Windows 10 tip , and also I believe Windows 8.
I don’t believe earlier versions of Windows have the same feature.

Hello, I have no problems reading the page from APH I am running windows 1909, jaws 2020 and internet explorer 11.
When I opened the page it landed at the top and I was able to read it all the way
