The new Chromium-based version of Microsoft Edge has worked well with JAWS 2020 in my testing. It’s very similar to Chrome in terms of accessibility.

Water Fox is even faster. I just started using it and it is noticeably faster loading pages than Chromium based browsers. I dont have any real issues with Edge but Water Fox is just faster so far

Just install the very latest update right on top of the current one. I’ve had that problem before. If for some crazy reason, that doesn’t work, remove your JAWS 2020 completely and

Have you already tried doing a repair of the JAWS installation? If not I would firstly try doing that. If you need instructions let me know. If that didn't work, I would try uninstalling and

Firefox is more privacy oriented, this is why I use it. Its slower
than Chrome, but somewhat less intrusive.

If Rumola still works with Chrome then you can use it with Edge as well since you can install extensions from the Chrome extension store in Edge.
Both Chrome and Edge use chromium as their engine,
