Under app data local you will find the google chrome folder. There under user data and default there is a file called history. You can change this file to read only and history will not be saved.

Hi Gezim, The only way to temporarily remove the prediction text is by clearing your browser history completely but after some time it will appear again. Have never been able to remove it completely.
