open a context menu where you want to create the folder. then press enter on new, there you will have the option to create a folder,bit map image, text document etc.

The quickest way to create a new folder is to first open the folder that you want the folder to be created in. In other words, if you want to create a subfolder in your Documents

Now that I have Windows 10 and JAWS 2020, I can’t figure out how to create a new folder. It used to be really easy, but I can’t do it the way I used to. Please help.

Device Manager deals with hardware drivers. don't confuse Task Manager with the Device Manager.

Narrator is the built-in screen reader in Windows.
In Windows 10, it is pretty good as a backup when Jaws gets flakey.
Press Control+WindowsKey+Enter to start or stop Narrator.

Don, the next thing to try is booting in safe-mode and then closing the
programs but you may need sighted assistance to conquer this task...
