Not doing that here- mine was already set for Adobe Reader for .pdf. The file type .pdfxml has no default. What should that be set to?

Be aware that you do not want to have dollar signs in your formula if you are trying to copy them down the Colum. A $ sign in front of a number or letter in a cell reference tells excel to always look

The formula converts this field in to a date value in column b.

Easy peasy.
1. Copy the formula.
2. Select the cells you want the formula to apply to.
3. Press ctrl+v to paste the formula into all the selected cells.
I would use goto to select the cells.
