In all probability the OK button will take you into a dialog where you can accept or reject something, or act as a permanent dismissal of the thing you're seeing if it acts as the acknowledgement that

press windows+i to open settings,
press tab and spacebar on system,
press tab, arrow to and spacebar on

And I must admit that I am completely mystified by this comment, as I have no point of reference for "two lists" during autocomplete, only one, the dropdown that appears below the To, CC, or BCC

Yes, this does in fact work, I must, to my shame, admit that last night when I tried it I actually backspaced instead of pressing delete after typing a letter.
