When filtering a list, one's intuition is to use the "from" filter, but I
learned a long time back that this was incorrect, and the way to filter out
a list is to put it in the "to" field.

If audio is muted, pressing alt+a and holding spacebar will temporarily unmute the audio. Hold spacebar down while you talk, then release it to be muted again.

Alt a will mute and unmute. It is a toggle switch.
There is a way to do this even if you are in word or another program, but you have to set that up.

If you hit enter again after being popped out of the field you will
keep your place. I rarely have this issue but it seems to happen in
web mail apps.
