You can definitely code in python. I believe jaws has a feature that will read you the indentation levels. When I did coding in python, I was using a different screen reader primarily.

Hi, Tammy. This happens because when you are in a browser, most of the time, arrowing moves the Virtual Cursor, not the PC Cursor. If you use the TAB key to move to the links, you are actually focused

If you have the file in word, alt f then the letter I then the letter e
might do the trick.
Also, using control s for save as will give you the ability to save it as a
new file.
