the 12.0.1170 is supposed to improve access to ITunes, not cripple it. But
I've learned not to be surprised with reality when it comes to JAWS updates.

Yes, very latest JAWS 12 patch (12.0.1170) purports to have fixed some
issues with ITunes. Perhaps that's the reason for your success?

One thing that blind tunes brings that you can't do by default is the ability to sort columns and drag and drop functions to rearrange tracks. You can multi select files and even multi drag them

primary navigation tools, and eventually figured out just what the various
panes were doing, and what panes

Don't even get started with ITunes 10.4 It does not work with the current
scripts.
